I want to use your value added services, but use my own mailserver? Is this possible?
You do have the option of using one of our value added services and forward your domain through another mailserver. You will need to contact your hosting company for the proper records, typically MX and A, and add them in your account with us. From within your account, select on the "MY ACCOUNT" tab then choose "MANAGE DNS" from the drop down menu. Select the domain you wish to work with then select "GO". Choose the appropriate record necessary then click "ADD" to proceed. Keep in mind that DNS records take 1-4 hours to propagate.
My Value Added Services are not working. Why not?
If you have set a free "Value Added Service" with your domain and it is not working yet, it could be due to the following: -Your nameservers are not pointing to our company. To check the location of your nameservers, please select on the "DOMAINS" tab and choose the option for "DOMAIN SERVICES". Select your domain from the list to be displayed at the top of the screen. The nameservers section can be found on the top left. -Your domain nameservers were just updated. Keep in mind that nameserver changes take 24-48 hours to propagate through. -Your domain has expired. Once your domain has expired, the records associated with it will be disabled. As soon as you renew your domain, your "Value Added Services" will propagate back online within 24-48 hours. If you believe there may be an additional reason for your Value Added Services not working properly, please contact us.

Email Forwards
An email forward is also known as an email alias. Email which arrives to an email forward such as yourchoice@yourdomain.com is instantly forwarded to a destination of your choice. This destination can be any valid email address, whether it is an account with us, an account at your ISP, etc. The sender will not know that the email is being forwarded.
Autoresponder
Autoresponders are email addresses which automatically reply to messages with a "canned reply" or greeting. For example, you might want the address info@ to automatically reply with a preformatted message with prices, information, or a thank you note.
Multiple Email Forwards
A multiple email alias is an email alias which forwards mail to small groups of up to 15 people. All mail sent to the multiple email alias is forwarded to all recipients.
Email To Fax
Our email to fax gateway allows users to receive email via their fax machine. This option is commonly used to distribute orders to a fulfillment center, notify sales representatives of an information request, or for businesses which desire a web and email presence without the commitment of regularly checking email.
All email sent to an email to fax gateway is automatically sent to the specified fax number. Email to fax services are billed at $0.00/month plus $0.10/minute; minimum $5.00. If an account has more than one email to fax gateway setup, billing on all email to fax gateways is combined. Destinations within the US only.
Email to CGI
This advanced option allows users to forward incoming email to a Perl script, enabling you to completely customize and/or automate the processing of incoming email. Email which arrives to a particular address will be sent to a Perl script using the POST method.
Mailing List
We use Majordomo 1.94.4 to offer a full-featured virtual mailing list system. Majordomo is one of the most popular mailing list systems, and has the capability of handling hundreds of thousands of messages per month. The mailing list system allows broad customization of most of Majordomo's features including various subscription and unsubscription policies, custom message headers and footers, various notification options, garbage message detection, maximum message length, etc.
Mailing list services are billed at $5.00/block of 50,000 messages (or fraction thereof). There are no usage charges in months with no mailing list activity. If an account has more than one Mailing list setup, billing on all mailing lists is combined.
Email to Mobile
This advanced option allows users to forward incoming email to a mobile device, such as a cell phone or pager. This can be used in conjunction with the multiple email alias option to alert you when you receive new mail, or to send you your complete messages.
