1.  Visit the SSL section in your online account and select “Add SSL”.

 

2.  Select one of the certificates under “Request SSL Certificate through us”.

 

3.  Paste in plain text the CSR that was generated with current web host.

 

4.  Click ADD SERVICE. Please make sure WhoIs Privacy is disabled for your domain name. To learn how to check if WhoIs Privacy is enabled on your domain, please click here or contact your current registrar.

  

5.  At this point the SSL Administrator will be notified and the CSR will be submitted to initiate the certificate signing.

 

6.  Approval of the request is sent to the domain administrator email. Once approved, it can take one to two business days to receive the SIGNED CERTIFICATE. Please consult your web server manual or system administrator for installation instructions because you elected to sign a certificate for a URL not hosted with our company.
