These steps are provided for help with those who DO NOT want a certificate provided by our company.

 

1.     Navigate to the SSL page and click “Add SSL Certificate” to begin.

 

2.  Select "Generate Custom Private Key and CSR".

 

3.  Enter contact information and provide the correct URL that's being hosted with our company.

 

4.  An email will be mailed to the administrative contact with the CSR. (It will also be available to view in the control panel in the SSL section for the certificate in question)

 

5. Take the CSR to your own provider.
