If you purchased a ticket from a 3rd party provider, there are a few steps you will need to do before you'll be able to import it into our system. Generally they'll provide you with your certificate along with additional root certs that aren't necessary.

 

1. Unzip the contents to a temporary folder, or your desktop.

2. Right click on the file that looks like "www.yourdomain.crt" and click "Open with...".

3. Select Wordpad from the list of programs. Once the .crt file has been opened with Wordpad, you can copy the contents accordingly.
