How can I remove the Registrar Lock from my domain name?

 

To remove the Registrar-Lock from your domain, select on the "Domains" tab from the blue menu bar then choose the option for "Domain Services". Locate and select the "Registrar-Lock" link on the top right-hand side of the page. Turn the lock off then "Continue" and "Confirm" your changes.

Once the domains are unlocked, return to the "Domain Services" page then once again look to the right next to the "Registrar-Lock" link. A new link will appear in which you can "View Auth Info". Please note that the code is case sensitive. Transfers take six days to complete and expired domains cannot be transferred. I can also provide you with the "Auth-Info" codes. Please specify the domain(s) you require the codes from and I will proceed.
