For our hosting customers, we offer a monthly backup service, as well as a onetime CD request and a onetime data restore request. Our monthly backup service is offered 3 ways:

1.     Standard Backup and Restore Service– Data is backed up nightly and is available to be requested for restore.  Includes 5 restores a month

2.     Standard Backup and Restore Service with Quarterly CD/DVD– Includes everything that is in the Standard Backup Service and a CD/DVD is mailed to the customer each quarter.

Backup w/ Quarterly CD ($7.95/mo.)

 

3.     Standard Backup Service and Restore with Monthly CD/DVD– Includes everything that is in the Standard Backup Service and a CD/DVD is mailed to the customer each month.

Backup w/ Monthly CD ($15.95/mo.)

 

To access the Hosting Backup and Restore options, please login to your account and select Hosting then Site Backup.

The Monthly Backup Service will display as “on” or “off” depending on the account status.

 

Your Service Option is also displayed.

 

To remove the Backup Service, select the Remove button.

 

To restore your site to a certain day and use one of your available restorations, please follow these instructions:

Select your preferred date and click Submit.
