Our renewal notices are sent 75 days, 60 days and 15 days before your domain expires.  The final notice is sent on the expiration date. Or, you can choose from one of the following other Renewal Method options:

Account Wide

We will set this domain's notification preference to the account-wide setting. To change your Account Wide preferences, visit the My Account page.

Notify (default setting)

We will notify you (usually by email) and give you the opportunity to renew them.

Auto

We will automatically renew your domains in one year increments, approximately 30 days before they expire. Please note that you must have an active credit card on file in order to automatically renew your domains. If there is no payment method on file or the payment method is expired, the domain will not be renewed and the auto-renew feature will be turned off for the respective domains.

Max

We will automatically renew your domains to the maximum term allowed by the registrar. Please note that you must have an active credit card on file in order to automatically renew your domains to their maximum term. Generally, the maximum term for domain registration is 10 years.  For example, if your domain expires 5/10/09, it can be renewed on this date until 5/10/1919.  Like the auto-method, an active method of payment must be listed on file in order to secure proper domain registration.

None

We will neither notify you, nor automatically renew for you. It is your responsibility to renew your domains before they expire.
